Shoulder press injury

I'm not very happy at the moment. I've been lifting weights for a fair while and have been pretty much injury free, bar a few niggles, until the other day I damaged the upper trapezius on the left side during a heavy shoulder press using dumbells. It's currently agony and stopping me from swimming, cycling (i know) and pretty much everything else. It even hurts to hold my head up straight.
I think I'll be out the gym for about a month :(
To top it off, I'm also recovering from a Christmas party and suffering a cold.
