TN38 Reboot

I haven't posted for a while (I know, I know) due to the vast amounts of work I have. I'm currently up to my neck in it and have precious little time left over but I have managed to give the site a make over for the benefit of the increasing US and Asian traffic I've been receiving lately.
The idea was to lower the footprint of the HTML and CSS and I have achieved this to the tune of about 60%. This should offer a significant performance advantage when browsing this site from the other side of the world. The site is also HTML 4.01 Strict and validated as before. Why not XHTML? That's another article and the web is full of reasons why.
The site is also now more logically laid out. There are plenty of tweaks to do on the stylesheet and it needs polishing but the majority is done.
As for content, I'm away for a while soon (Caribbean, yipee) but once I've climbed over the mountain of work waiting for me on my return I shall kick-start the site with some new tips and tricks for getting the most out of the web.
So you back on the net again? Nice to see your still alive.
Like the whole new look :) Are you still using the same system for publishing?
