Can I / How do I get a gmail account when I live in the UK?
Can anyone help I've heard so many good things about gmail and want to have my own account and be able to invite my friends and family.

Hi Barmy,
You can get a new GMail account, as well as many other Google services, by visiting www.google.com/accounts.

Edit: Just checked and it still looks like invitation only. I'm all out of invites though.

tried the link from ed and it wont let me get the gmail element without an invitation, so if there is anyone who has any available could they please send me on (barmy82@hotmail.com) thanks

Thanks to Google, I've been given a load more invitations. If you want one, submit a request on the following post.
